Dashen Bank has launched its first premium branch, in Wollo Sefer. The branch was opened to customers last week, although it is planning to officially start work on September 10, 2016. The branch has about 30 employees on two floors, with the first floor set up for regular customers and the second for premium customers.
The bank is prepared to provide privileged customers, with accounts holding no less than half a million Br, with swift service. It provides services to corporate entities and companies, as well as individuals who have the above amount of money in their accounts. Aside from the special treatment, clients will also receive other benefits, such as a personal Account or Relationship Manager and the right to automatically access an Amex Gold Card. In addition, the bank is working towards facilitating a pass card to use at regular branches to be served before regular customers.
Other banks, such as CBE, Zemen, Enat and Nib Bank also provide a premium service to their customers. Zemen Bank is known for providing premium services for customers with a 25,000 Br account, while Dashen Bank has a half a million Br limit for joining the premium club.
