Gullele Soap, Detergents Private Company Becomes Shared

Gullele Soap Factory Plc. – a company engaged with the manufacturing of beauty products, soap and detergents – has transformed into a share company with a capital of 80 million Br.

The company was licensed by the Federal Investment Agency (FIA) to be a share company as of April, 2014, according to an official from the company.

It was owned by Fitsum Zeab, who bought it from the Privatisation & Public Enterprises Supervising Agency (PPESA) some years back. Fitsum has also acquired Taitu Hotel form the Agency.

The company will receive its new business license as a share company from the Ministry of Trade (MoT) after it gets the approval of the capital increment to 80 million Br.

The newly reorganised share company, Gullele, also gets approval for its constituting documents from the Documents Authentication & Registration Office (DARO).
