Sergey Lavrov, the Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs, made a one-day official visit to Ethiopia on Wednesday, September 17, 2014. Pictured above are Lavrov (Left), with his counterpart Tedros Adhanom (right), who met Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn to discuss bilateral relations between the two countries. On the same day as the meeting held at the African Union (AU), he signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a framework for political consultations with Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma (PhD), Commission Chairperson of the AU.
