Bekele Gadissa, general manager of Habesha Cosntruction, centre, put the final ink on a 123.9 million Br deal with Rama Constrution PLC, represented by Yosef Kasaye, left, operation manager, for the latter to build a 10 storey multi-purpose apartment. The signing ceremony was held on Monday February 4, 2013, at the Hilton Hotel. Habesha is signing on behalf of Tigat Business Centre PLC, a company formed by six shareholders who wanted to turn the land their shops are built on, into the site for a multi-purpose mall. Habesha first joined this team in a joint venture deal to oversee the project, but later became a 40pc shareholder. The building will include offices, shopping malls and a hotel.  Also present at the signing ceremony to see the fruition of a long term project was Yelebe Molla, centre right, chairman of Tigat Business Centre Plc, Eskinder Desta, right, board chairman of Habesha and Tigist Belay, centre left, secretary general of Habesha construction.
