Louvre Steps Forward with 4th Brand

Louvre Hotels Group signed its fourth hotel management agreement in Ethiopia to convert the locally-branded Waterfall Hotel into Tulip Inn.

M.S.A Oil Seeds & Cereals Exporting, the owner of the property, has invested an estimated 60 million Br to renovate the hotel rooms and facilities. Tulip Inn is expected to earn a four-star rating.

Ozzie Hospitality & Management Group negotiated with the hotel management company on behalf of the property owner.

The hotel is located at Olympia in Kirkos District and hosts 90 guestrooms.

“It will start operations within two to three months time,” said Kumenger Teketel, managing director of Ozzie.

Its first brand is currently operational in Bole District after teaming up with Aschalew Belay Hotel Projects. Two more projects are in the pipelines after partnering with Begez Business Group to run the Royal Tulip Plaza Addis Abeba and Gonde Import & Export to operate its brand in Adama.
