Traversing the Waters




Given the heavy downpours during the rainy season, floods on paved streets are common. These pedestrians are having a hard time crossing the street to get to the light rail platform in front of Global Hotel on Sierra Leone Street. Slabs of rocks have been placed as a solution, but this has created inconveniences for the passing vehicles.
