Dogs’ loyalty to their masters is one truth never questioned. The peculiar friendship between dogs and homeless people is so vivid on the streets of Addis Abeba, and more so during the kiremt season. This homeless boy, one of the more than 100,000 street dwellers in Addis, with two of his pets, leaves the concrete tunnel, their shelter from the rain, their bed and probably their everything, afternoon of August 8, 2015 at Meskel Square.
