After a call by governments for advancing the UN Development Agenda, the eight Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) -which range from halving extreme poverty to halting the spread of HIV/AIDS and providing universal primary education, beyond 2015, a broad and inclusive consultation on the post-2015 development agenda took place at Hilton Hotel on Thursday 25, 2013. The closing consultation meeting which took place in Ethiopia for the seventh time was facilitated by Alemayhu Seyum (PhD), right, researcher at the International Food Policy Research Institute, Emebet Kebede (centre), a private consultant and Junedin Basha, left, vice president of the Ethiopian Chamber of Commerce & Sectoral Associations.
